GeauxTigersArt.com began as website that specialized in LSU Tigers artwork and we have expanded over the years in order to meet the demand for all other types of Louisiana and New Orleans artwork. The product offering has changed but the name remains the same!

All of our framing is done in-house and we use high quality materials to ensure superb quality and craftsmanship on every piece. There is no middle-man, so we pass the savings right to you! 

Do you want another matte color or a different moulding? No problem! Just let us know what you would like and we will work hard to make it happen.

Billing Information

Upon ordering, you will see a temporary authorization for the amount of the order. We will officially charge your credit card as soon as we begin working on the order. If an item is backordered or slightly delayed, we will contact you and wait to bill your card.

We charge 5% Louisiana State Sales Tax for items delivered in Louisiana and an additional 4.75% St. Tammany Parish Sales Tax for items delivered in St. Tammany Parish, as required by law.

You will be billed by Art Creation and Production, Inc., the managing company of GeauxTigersArt.com.

Shipping Information

We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for our shipments, depending on size and estimated time of delivery.  

We try to ship all orders within 3-5 days, but please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If we foresee a long delay, we will contact you immediately.

If you need express or overnight shipping, just email us and we will find a method that works best. 

We are located in Abita Springs, LA, so if you are in the area, feel free to come by and pick up your order to save on shipping costs. 

FAQs

1. What are your payment methods?

We accept Mastercard and Visa through our online secure server.

2. What if a product is sold out?

We carry all products in inventory, but occasionally, an item sells out before we can update the site. If you order a product that is recently sold out, we will notify you. Please make sure you provide us with updated contact info.

3. Can I make an exchange or return?

Exchanges: Just send it back to us in the original condition within 30 days of purchase and we send another to you free of charge. 

Returns: Send the product back to us in the original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment minus shipping charges.

Please ship all exchanges or returns with insurance and delivery confirmation as we cannot be responsible if the package gets lost or damaged. Also, please contact us before you send the item back

4. Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we apply 5% LA state sales tax  to any order shipped in the state of Louisiana and also charge Parish tax when applicable. 

5. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

We sure do. If you would like to carry our items in your store, or if you would like to make a bulk purchase, just email us and we will work out the best package for both of us. 

6. Do you have a storefront?

We do not have a physical storefront at this time.
